You get the picture—it was a lot to keep track of, especially when adrenaline, energy, and nerves came into play.

There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, and trying to keep everything in focus was difficult.

Whether it was peppermint for an energy boost, rosemary for memory support, or lavender to calm my nerves, these oils became a crucial part of my preparation. They helped me stay grounded, stay focused, and maintain clarity—even under pressure—allowing me to perform at my best.
